So this is a huge file but you sort of have to see it big to be able to read and see. I hope I made enough sense... I skipped the explanation of some steps, but that's because I've done another tutorial that explains it. you can view it here: [link]

what's new in this one? well I elaborate on lineart and lineweight just a tad, and my discovery of white pens... sadly by the time I got there I kept forgetting to take step by step pictures but you could probably see what's been done... I hope...

The girl in here is Sahara, an OC that I only now decided on her colouring and well only now do I officially say her name is Sahara.

If you have any questions feel free to ask and I'll elaborate as I know that I'm not always clear in these tutorial comments >w<

Oh and helpful tips:
-if your nib is dry, try diping it into rubbing alcohol, it'll save you some money so that you don't need to by a new tip/marker as often and it's cheaper!

-white pens are great for adding shiny things in pictures but you can also use them to correct your lineart! that said you can't colour over your white pen cover up but what you can do is scan and print the lineart so that you have that to colour on! beware some printer inks will blend with markers... Laser printers are safe! my HP printer blends a wee little bit but it can be manageable. I do not know about other printers...

-I find that all brands of markers work as well as each other in most cases and have their own pros and cons. I personnally like letraset markers best and prismacolours the least but it's up to individual preference.

Hope this was helpful! any comments? areas of improvement? suggestion for another tutorial?
